3D RAD - LICENSE TERMS

The following are the license terms you will have to accept before you can install and use 3D Rad.

ALL entities that install and use THIS SOFTWARE agree to be bound by British Law in respect to any legal actions that may arise.

THIS SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. THIS SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold.

All copyrights to THIS SOFTWARE are exclusively owned by THE AUTHOR. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by THE AUTHOR.

The license is personal and cannot be rented, leased or transferred to anyone.

Any unauthorized use of THIS SOFTWARE shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

This EULA grants you:
- the right to install and use THIS SOFTWARE for unlimited time, for commercial and non-commercial purposes, without providing either credits or additional fees to THE AUTHOR.
- the right to distribute, for commercial and non-commercial purposes, any number of copies of any .x, .bmp, .dds, .dib, .jpg, .png, .tga files included to the installation file for THIS SOFTWARE, without providing either credits or additional fees to THE AUTHOR, provided that the files are not part of a library, collection, set, or any product allowing you to create derivative works from them (for example, a 3d developing tool or a game creation tool).
- the right to distribute, for commercial and non-commercial purposes, any number of copies of any object_redist.dll files included to the installation file for THIS SOFTWARE, without providing either credits or additional fees to THE AUTHOR.
- the right to make one copy of THIS SOFTWARE for archive or backup purposes.

You may NOT:
- distribute any version of the 3drad.exe file in any way, for any purpose.
- distribute any version of the 3drad_compiler.exe file in any way, for any purpose.
- distribute any version of the object.dll files in any way, for any purpose.
- remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels or marks on or in THIS SOFTWARE.
- modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble THIS SOFTWARE.
- rent, transfer, or grant any rights (including possession) in the original or backup copy of THIS SOFTWARE, in full or in part, to any person.

THIS SOFTWARE is provided "as is" and with all faults.
